Susie's 2022 campaign

Alrighty folks let's put you out of your misery............. I put in two vanilla and choc and one vanilla with cherry layer (so 1 or 2 syns there) - off it churned for 30 mins, and then was blended and cold but quite runny, so I put it in a plastic container and shoved it in the freezer for a bit - and here's the result. <img src="http://www.minimins.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=165050"/> Frozen yogurt!!!! And it's YUM!!!!!!! :D I feel like I've invented the light bulb :D It's cherry flavoured, and a bit tart - so suits me perfectly lol. Looking forward to trying more flavours!

Wow! That looks awesome and I don't even like frozen yogurt/ice cream! Daft question tho, wouldn't that just have happened if you froze a yogurt anyway? X

When you put a yogurt pot in the freezer you have to keep taking it out every few hours to stir it so it doesn't form icicles - and I'm way too busy and important to do that lol :D

Oooh forgot to say, I didn't get the job, but they said very nice things about my interview - however, i'd already decided no - so I'm not at all disappointed and there's no hard decisions to be made, happy days! :)

Now it makes sense why you got the gadget ;-) Hope u didn't mind me asking a silly question! Well Done on your interview feedback, great to hear good things even though you'd already decided on your answer, well done you for having the confidence to go for it. X

Thanks Serena, i actually quite enjoyed it - but what i really want is for the boss in my current role to just calm down a bit and not be such a bully all the time, just until my inheritance comes through (we need to sell a house) and then I'm offski to Italy! :D

Will Italy be permanent move? Will you have to work there? I went as an au pair many years ago before Uni and loved it. Hanker after retiring there :)

Morning all!

Had a super lunch with the boys :). Took an hour and a half each way to get there but included a lovely drive through Regent's Park, and past my very first flat in London at Swiss Cottage :D. They have a gorgeous home, and a beautiful cocker spaniel called Toffee. They even googled SW recipes and made a big spinach and tomato lasagne with Laughing Cow in it, bless 'em, plus little rolls as garlic bread using light spread - so a few syns, but nothing terrible :).

Then got home, ate some pork rissoles on their own, naughty, but just didn't feel like any more veg! And then a lovely sleep, electric blanket on (best thing I bought in 2014!) and with the cat curled up next to my neck - found myself waking up during the night in some very contorted positions!

B - grapefruit and yog, HEB toast with 2 tbsp Pure spread (8 - ouch) and 2 tsp marmalade (1, thought it would be more!), tea and soya milk (HEA)
L - tomato pasta with peas and spinach
D - Joe's Sossies casserole with tomatoes and other veg plus celeriac mash
S - apple pie yog (1), Hifis (6) - total syns 16

Have a lovely day all and keep nice and warm! xxx

Thanks hun, great suggestions - if I was better organised  but unfortunately I'm low on ingredients for those.

Might just have to make quark veg pasta or something like that.

Panic over - I found out via our SW FB page that there's a microwave at the club - so have just whizzed up the super speed tomato soup - and it tastes gorgeous, if I say so myself :D

- 1 can chopped toms
- 1 can baked beans
- 1 can carrots (I used fresh and sliced thinly)
- a handful of chopped onion
- 1 veg and 1 tomato stock cube (Kallo - the best :))

Blitz in the blender et voila! :D

Shelley I used the Sainsburys chilli noodles tonight in a sort of throw it together slow cooker meal - chickpeas, toms, beans (am having a beany sort of week - lukcy I live alone hehe) Joes sossies, spinach and 1/2 pack of the noodles and gosh I am full! Plus got three more meals out of it :)

Also got a gammon joint soaking to throw in in the slow cooker on Tuesday morning, plus I've taken pork and lamb out so had better cook them up tonight! I always do that, take too much out of the freezer...
