Well thought i would start a diary :) have tried a few diets but this one is all very new to me. Thursday is,my weigh in day, i go to my local class, have been to 1 weigh in have lost 4 lbs so far :)

Today ive had

Hexb wholemeal bread
Hexa semi skimmed milk

Brunch 11.30am
Lean bacon, beans,dry fried egg, cubed potato, mushrooms and a tomato

Snack
Banana

Dinner
Sw lasagne
Made with lean turkey mince and onions, mushrooms, peppers, carrots and celery. Didnt had added veg as so much superfree in it already

Anyone want to give me any pointers, had 2 meals as brunch was soo big lol x
