SW Aromatic Chicken Curry & Rice

    :D Hi Guys

    Wee question for yas. Has anyone ever made the aromatic chicken curry and rice thats on the very last page of the Extra Easy booklet? Its just i was going to make it 2mora night and although it tells you all the ingredients it doesnt say the amounts e.g. how much tumeric, passatta to use etc. And am crap at quessing things like this as it always comes out bad lol.

    Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! :D:rolleyes:

    Hello,

    I am having this tonight. I have marinated the chicken and left it in the fridge overnight as it states. To be honest, so far I have guessed the quantities and will do tonight with the rest of the curry. I will let you know how I get on with it :)

    Yeah let me know how it turns out. I ended up not making it, i made a chicken stir fry instead. But will be planning to make it maybe over easter. xx :D

    Looking and smelling well nice! Can't wait until after I have done my Davina workout to get stuck in. Will attempt to post a piccie of it if my camera has battery xx

    Battery dead on camera, will have a 2nd attempt tonight as the curry made 2 portions with 1 pack of chicken.

    It was scrumptious I must say, to be honest I guessed all of the ingredients so can't give you the answer with regards to how much. I would definitely give it a go though :)

    I made the chicken & potato curry out of this months slimming world mag - and it was really fab - tasted like a proper takeaway!

    Only hiccup was it took about an hour for the potato to cook not the 45mins it says on the recipe, and I added more chilli's cause I like it hot.
