Which Food Optimising book did you get - as there is a very old recipe book by that name and the info in it would be out of date now

The curry feasts book is very good but to be honest I tend to just use ordinary recipe books or online recipe websites for my inspiration

It is the year 2000 one but I just want it for ideas really. :) How have you found the SW journey? I am excited to start, as I know I need to shift the unhealthy amount of weight, but hope I can stick to it; hence joining a group and not doing it alone. x
