I cant seem to find my SW book at the moment!!!! im on a red day today and im having gammon and chips for my dinner but how much potato can i have on a red day?

You can have 227 g baking potato ( raw weight including skin )

Well I am very new too , but as far as I can gather they are listed in the HEX B section under the original Red banner .

Yes the potato would be a HEX B on an original day but it needs to be in the skin for the extra fibre.

If you take the skin off then they are no longer a HEB so must be synned.
