Depends which plan you are following. If you are on red and taking them as a HEB then you need to leave the skins on. Otherwise you don't.

I tried to do them that way, but when I boiled them, left them to cool a bit, and tried to shake them round in the Frylight they just fell apart :(
Instead I skip the boiling bit and just oven them for a bit longer. Was very annoyed that it didn't work for me :eek:
