Green Days SW, insanity and deployment

Tell you what ladies thats very impressive, well done.

Ill admit i have been struggling this weekend to play and referee handball this then attempt insanity......well insanity beat me. However im feeling happier as my pants and clothes are starting ever so slightly to start feeling a bit more spacious.

Trying to eat alot healthier as well which i seem to be doing quite well at ( i love my snacks)

Been struggling to keep up with my insanity. So busy during the day then by the time I have a spare moment its so late I can't do my insanity :/

Still slowly losing weight through diet but need to firm up the wobbly bits more!

Panda eyes have you got his t25 it's much shorter maybe you could do that?

Sent from my GT-I9505 using MiniMins.com mobile app

I'm starting the T25 2 weeks tomorrow as insanity finishes 2 weeks today! Day 50 tomorrow and another 1hr 26min workout so will be up at 5:30 to ensure its done before I need to get the boys up. Found a pic of me at near my heaviest... Here's a comparison pic.... Xxx

Wow your all doing so well. I have done a few days of insanity here and there but not religiously as i try mix up my workouts...i get really bored!

I'm doing the beach body challenge so it's a different DVD everyday. Tomorrow it's fit test plus max cardio circuit. Can't wait till these 63 days are over and I can claim my " I earned it " tshirt lol xxx

Holy cr@p Carrie, the difference, very well done doesn't half take commitment to do what you have done there. I have moved onto a high protein diet as i have started to lift more weights. As a result my insanity will decline and ill probably do HIIT training on the treadmills. Plus i find i seem to work harder when im actually in the gym as opposed to finding every excuse at home

You have to praise both of your determination you have both really done very well

As much as I miss being able to scoff like I used to I feel so much better physically and mentally since losing the weight and I always have more energy and feel better when I exercise regularly :)

Thanks so much, it's hard work and after 5 days break from exercise since August I must admit to feeling quite low about it all. I'm fed up of constantly pushing myself. I know that's not very motivational just now and ill prob feel better tomorrow lol. Day 50 is done however :) xxx

Well if we're doing before and after pics........

Just gotta firm back up to get back to 2012 pics :)

Absolutely gorgeous! I love looking at before and after pics and looking at their achievements as we all know how hard it is to do what we do. It's a daily battle. Ill never have after pics like yours unfortunately, but massive credit where credit is due xxx

The only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary!! Think that says it all really.

Very well done ladies

Don't give up you've come so far and look how incredible you look now :)
X

I won't give up, my damn conscious Wong allow me. I'm ready to complete these 63 days. With work and kids I have to get up at 5:30 to do it before work and school runs but just find its getting too much. But I won't give up when I'm so close lol xxx

I wish I had half your motivation. I scramble out of bed as late as possible to get the kids ready then once they're in bed and all the mummy jobs are done its late and I flake out :/
But your determination is incredibly admirable and you have the body now to show for it x

When your done insanity try a shorter workout to keep your shape. I find mellissa bender on youtube does great vids for 15-20 mins. There are loads so you wont get bored!

Thanks, I'm gonna do t25 I start 2 weeks today all planned and ready to go lol xxx

I used to feel motivated, now I just feel drained lol.. Body is defo still a work in progress... Xxx

Your before and afters are incredible. I'm amazed looking at them. I'm really motivated with my eating its just the exercise. Trying to do kids work (on nights) and find time to exercise has been hard but taking a work break whilst my son settles (been diagnosed as autistic) so that will give me more energy not being exhausted from night shift!
I just need to start again. Once I'm in the routine I enjoy it haha x
