SW Online

I was just wondering if most of you are members online? Is it much more on offer than what you get in class or is it literally just a paperless option?

Its crap. Its the same price as class but all you get is the exact same online access that you get when you do go to a class - theres nothing extra, so youre paying the same price as class but without the weekly support. You dont even get the books etc unless you pay the higher rate Gold membership - they just bung it all online and expect you to download it.

I agree with ermintrude, you get much more of a buzz, plus the support from going to a class. There's nobody to turn to when you do it online and also if you go to a class you can buy all sorts the hifi bars, recipe books, food directories so you cant order any of that online.

I do online simply because I'm overseas and have no option of going to class - I have to say, it's not overly useful - the Syns tools are good, and the official weekly weigh in threat keeps me on track, but honestly I get most of the help and support I need from this site. That said, the discipline of using SW online works better for me than going it completely alone.
