quick question about slimming world quiche. can it be frozen?

I have made 3 big portions and only me eats it. dont want to be eating it 3 days in a row

My hubby ended putting it all in the freezer by mistake!
but i defrosted and reheated and it was nice!
it is syn free if you dont use cheese.
I used 1 hex a worth of cheese on mine and it made 3 portions, so either some of your hex a or 2 syns
