SW style Sausage and Egg McMuffin

Skin two low syn sausages of your choice, and shape into a patty shape, fry gently in frylight until cooked through, alongside fry an egg in a silicone ring, serve in a toasted wholemeal muffin (hexb + 1.5 syns), with sauce or cheese, or both!

Not really, but any 60g wholemeal bread, is, so, I just tweak it and count the extra calories as syns.
