I have also tried both and ww is def what I'm sticking to. I have problems with portion control an sw just made me greedier lol!

I would rather have everything in moderation. I felt as if I could never eat out or use flexi-syns as whenever I did I would ALWAYS sts, even if I did it at the start of the week.

Though saying that I've got some friends who do brilliantly on EE, just the whole SW thing wasnt for me
