Sw v's WW

    I have done both slimming world and weight watchers in the past, sticking with weight watchers but I wondered what other people who have tried both make of them. Just out of curiosity ?

    I have also tried both and ww is def what I'm sticking to. I have problems with portion control an sw just made me greedier lol!

    I find SW really good start then I just stay the same for weeks and lose heart. WW is not as restrictive and more balanced I think.

    This is why SW for me was a massive struggle, I lost little with the EE plan and nearly gave up but changed to the original plan and its working for me....:)

    I would rather have everything in moderation. I felt as if I could never eat out or use flexi-syns as whenever I did I would ALWAYS sts, even if I did it at the start of the week.

    Though saying that I've got some friends who do brilliantly on EE, just the whole SW thing wasnt for me
