Hi, i may sound quite thick asking this but Im trying to work out the syns of a packet mix of veggie roast the details on the packet per 100g are: Energy 661kJ/158kcal, Protein 10.6g, Carbohydrate 10.0g (of which sugars 1.1g), Fat 8.4g
where it says package size/portion do i put in the 75g package it comes as dry/or do i put in the weight of when its been cooked?
its coming up 2 1/2 syns for 75g which is one packet dry, but i just want to make sure im using the calculator right before i buy it i dont want to be having 400g when its cooked and going way over my syns.. im confusing myself lol thanks.
