SW Wot Do You Prefer Red, Green Or EE

I love th ease of EE and being able to mix carbs and protein without weighing. But I do love the odd green day so I can have more cheese ......I mean healthy extras!!!
 
Love all 3 plans & it depends on what I fancy to eat that day, determines what plan I do for the day......basically I'm not fussy!
 
I prefer EE, but I do plan my days and therefore meals around what I fancy for dinner. for instance a burger night will be a red, if I fancy thai curry it'll be a green and I'll weigh my chicken content for the curry so that I can afford some coconut etc.

but yeah, I do mostly EE.
 
I prefer Extra Easy Plan - I tried the Green/Red Day plan many years ago and it did not work for me. I ended up putting on weight.

The EE is most sustainable diet I have done to date. To me it's about going back to basic cooking from scratch and minimising cakes, sweets & pastries.
 
I've only ever done EE...so that's what I prefer ;)
