I just wondered if anyone wanted to do a swap ??:D

I am an old hat at WW and fancy SW for a change but dont really want to join a class as yet as would like to have a look at how SW works and if I can do it.

I have week 1 & 2 WW books, which gives you all the details to get started, showing points in basic foods. Has info on the Core plan. Also have card calculator which will show you how to work out points in any food if you have the cals/sat fat details. On the back of that is a 'bonus points' calc, for when you have done exercise and it will work out how many extra points you have earned.

Also have 2 x WW magazines (current) to go with the books.

Plus if wanted a 12 week WW Food diary so you can list down all that you have eaten each day and have it handy to tot up your points etc. However, I have used up week one, and one day of week 2 for my own food, but still has 11 weeks blank. :)

Anyway if anyone interested in WW and has the starter books for SW and want to swap please pm me.
