sweet potato need help.....

I have brought a pack of sweet potato's and now have no idea what to do with them lol any ideas many thanks xx:wave_cry::sigh:

Try sweet potato wedges, they are gorgeous.

Gorgeous mashed on their own or with ordinary potato. Could make some soup with them, I haven't made any though so don't have a recipe for it.

i made sweet potato soup and i wasnt keen on the texture, i think the potato is too fiborous if that makes sense? sweet potato mash or wedges are good though.

I use it like jacket potato and also put it in curry and roast them with other vegetables.
