    Are these ok to have? Hearing mixed reviews - no, they will effect your weight loss, yes but only one a day, yes but only one a cup, yes as many as you want....:doh:

    Really really missing my coffee as I can't bear it without a sweentener (normally I have three!)

    hi Vix, Sweetners in tablet form are ok and shouldn't affect anything at all, it's the granulated stuff that needs to be avoided, so sweeten up that coffee! enjoy !

    Agreed - I put a tablet sweetener in all my hot drinks and it hasn't appeared to make any difference at all.

    As Lelly said, it's the pretend sugar stuff that's a no no (the stuff that looks like sugar but isn't).

    Have a cup of coffee (caffeine's good for speeding up the metabolism!):7834:

    I've had the tablet sweetners from the start too and no issues with regards losses for me :) I changed from the splenda ones to canderel tablets as they say a '0 calorie' sweetner and splenda just said 'low calorie' or something similar.. But if i ran out of the canderel ones i would now still use the splenda ones up. xx
