I am currently on Day 18 of Cambridge diet and have now lost 16.2lb. Although I'm delighted I am still 1st 3.8lb off a healthy bmi of 25.
My husband and I would really like to start trying for a baby in a few weeks so I would like to move to a healthy diet involving food and wondered has anyone else moved from Cambridge diet to another diet like weightwatchers successfully. I'd like to go back on food but obviously don't want to put on all the weight I've lost and would like to keep losing. I know I'll probably put 5-7lb of water back on but just wondering if anyone has any experience of doing this or any advice?
