Switching to a low carb diet

Hello everyone, I've been on the cambridge diet for a few months now and i've had great success with it. However I feel I can't keep up the cost anymore so I fancy trying my own diet but still sticking with low carb. I would like to stay in ketosis if I can, so im going to try to keep within the same amount of carbs and protein that were provided on the cambridge diet. Does anyone have any advice as what I should eat, i'd imagine as long as I kept my carbs under 50g I would still continue to lose. What do you think?

I now what you mean about the cost, but I'm saving money by not having wine and takeaways! Lol! If you want very low carb ideas check out caveman diet or Dukan. Good luck!
 
Why not try one of the cheaper Vlcds like slim and save or Exante
