I tried this for my tea yesterday and was gorgeous as cauliflower cheese.
When my cauliflour was cooked and drained still hot I just melted in 3 extra light laughing cow cheese triangles into it and 21g of light cathedral city to give it a stronger cheese taste. Syn free if you count it as your HEX A allowance.
