You can have houmous as a healthy extra B choice on a green day - my book says 28 or 57g is allowed, I am assuming the 28g is full fat and the 57g reduced fat?

Otherwise on a green day you could make your own houmous with chickpeas, garlic and lemon juice.

You could also try whizzing up some quark/cottage cheese/ fromage frais with some herbs + garlic.

Total 100% greek yoghurt with grated cucumber, garlic and a few chopped spring onions make a wicked Tzatiki.

OR

Passata with finely chopped onions and herbs to make your own, non spicy Salsa.

Hiya ive got one that is just the pups nuts.

4 tblsp low fat natural fromage frais/or fat free greek yougurt
Teaspoon of sweetner
vinegar
3 tsp of mint sauce.

you may need to add more sweetner/ mint sauce to personal choice

mix well and its just like kebab house mint sauce oooooooooooo LUSH
