Syn Free garlic dip???

Hi everyone

I remember seeing somewhere that you can make a syn free dip using fat free fromage frais, i got some...now i have no idea what the recipe is lol could someone let me know? was hoping to make it tonight with my burger and chips failing that anyone have a clue how many syns extra light mayo from asda is the squeezy bottle?

I make this at home and we literally just mix in crushed garlic and salt and pepper! and Fat free natural yoghurt, fresh mint and lemon is also a nice one as well!
