I just wanted to BIG UP the Syn free pancakes! how delicious are they !!!!!!! WOW ..
I ate 2 last night with fruit and VLF yog my eldest had one and so did my OH they are scrummy! ..

Thank you so so much to who posted the recipe! i may have one tonight for supper! mmm yummy

Oh they are devine, I tend to have them for brekkie with chopped banana and strawberries, 0% fat greek yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of honey!!

Mmmm, they're so good. They do need quite a few teasps of splenda to make them taste less omelette-ish though.

Hi all have rejoined sw and just found this forum yesterday. Made the pancakes this morning for breakfast with bacon. Was delicious!
