thought i'd post it up..
today i accidently mixed the yolk and essence with the egg white and sweetner.. and didnt realise untill it dawned on me when it wouldnt fluff up LOL.. however.. i decided to go ahead and see how it turned out anyways.. and i actually found it much easier to handel and it came out more of a firm fluffy more pancake like texture than the foamy light thing you get when you whisk and then fold together...
so just a thought .. different way of doing them.. and of corse it took less time to make without all the faffing of folding it all together haha
