can anyone tell me who do (if any) syn free burgers or sausages other than Quorn.

thanks in advance.

Home do both, you can either order online (there's a minimum order) or visit their shop in Southport. They're really lovely products and freeze well and most of his products are syn free on a red/extra easy day (they state the syn values on their website).

Ooh that was odd, I typed in the address of Joes Sausages and it came up as 'home' ..... mind, it still links to the correct website so that's good.

Morrison's diet pork sausages are free. The other diet ones have slight syn values, either a half or one per sausage.

morrisons eat smart diet sausges u cant go wrong with them. free and dont taste bad either lol

Thanks for the website link, thats great. Shame you have to have a mion order though as woirks out quite pricey.

You could try asking around at your local butchers as well. My consultant told us last week about a local butcher who specialises in Slimming World free sausages (as his wife is a member). He does a variety (including one similar to chorizo). Shall be giving them a try soon. xx

ITS NOT FAIR.......
We dont have a Morrisons here and Joes wont deliver to here. (stamps feet and throws dummy out). lol

thanks for the replies, actually a lady at my group did mention JoesSausages.

i bought some cumberland Quorn ones for £1 in tesco's yesterday.
