Syn Free Slimming World Sausages???

Hiya all
I'm doing the cambridge diet at the moment but looking to change to atkins in the next few weeks after I have studied the book a little more. I have seen another thread about low carb sausages but I was wondering if the sausages that are so called "syn free" on the slimming world red day plan would be carb free?? My local butchers sell these but I wouldn't know how they would qualify for free food on atkins.
Any ideas???

I don't know what a syn is but I suppose I could guess, anything that is zero or low carb is OK sausage wise.Upsy Daisy? LOL, is that from the night garden then.

depends what they have in them. have had quick google and if only meat and no fillers should be ok
