Am hoping to join a SW class next week to help me and to help my daughter. She snacks on bread and can go through 6 slices a day- what Syn free snacks can I tempt her with that will fill her growing body (she is 11) Muller lites are not veggie it will also help me too though I have been training myself to snack on fruit
