SYN FREE TINNED FRUIT???

i need to find some syn free tinned fruit please can any1 help. If it helps i shop as asda

There is no free tinned fruit - it is all synned. There are a few that can be taken as a HEX, must be in juice, not syrup (340g canned apricot, 397g fruit cocktail, 340g pears, 142g prunes, or 198g pineapple - but only if you have 340g stewed rhubarb with it!)

Why do you need tinned fruit in particular? All fresh and frozen fruit is free...
