Syn free toffee apple crumble

ive just tried the alpen light chocolate and fudge bars and they are sooooooo good.

Ive devised a syn free receipe which you can mix any fruit with on the EE days and its dead easy

Stew some apples (or blackberries if you like these) with some sweetener

Crumble 2 alpen bars over the top and enjoy with some yoghurt or topping. Was lush

Remember that you would need to syn the stewed apples though - or you can take stewed apples as a HEB

Love the idea with the alpen bars - have been trying hard to think of a suitably low syn crumble topping for fruit.
