Syn help please

    Hi guys

    I am in need of a little help if someone would be so kind...

    ...I have a day full of meetings today, so instead of sitting there feeling my belly rumble whilst staring at the chocolate biscuits and lunchtime baguettes / crisps, or worse, caving in and scoffing all my sins (and more) in seconds, I went to M&S on my way in and got a couple of what I hope are healthy treats...

    I don't know the syn values so I'm hoping before I scoff them someone can let me know?

    I am on a green day...

    I got 3 bean salad (sounds ok eh?)
    nutrition info is (per 100g):
    70 kcal
    protein 5.9g
    carbs 6.4g (sugars 2.6g)
    fat 2.4g (sats 0.3g)
    fibre 13g

    portion size is 250g (although I envisage half being enough!)

    the other treat I got is vegetarian sushi:
    nutrition info is (per 100g):
    140 kcal
    protein 3.9g
    carbs 28.2g (sugars 5.6g)
    fat 1.3g (sats 0.2g)
    fibre 1.3g

    portion size is 158g and I hope I am able to scoff the whole lot for my lunch!!

    Wow! Surprising!
    I thought being a vinigarette it would be ok!
    oh well half a pot is ok I suppose at 2.5 syns - better than a couple of choc biscuits!!
    And the sushi is only 158g pack so is probably less than a syn?? So could be come a quick lunchtime staple!
