Syn question

Hi
If I am not using cheese as my he how many syns is it for either 40grms of cheddar or 45grm feta

Hi Mitchie. Just looked at Syns on-line and it gives both cheeses only as 25g so, hope it still helps.

Feta 25g = 3.5 Syns
Feta, reduced fat 25g = 2.5 Syns
Cheddar 25g = 5 Syns
Cheddar, reduced fat = 3.5 Syns

Hello, always a bit confused about where to post but wondering if anyone can help me find the syn balye for tesco finest aromatic edamame and pea salad with lemongrass, chilli and ginger dressing please? Thanks x

Hi LJBrad. Just looked on-line and for a 200g pot it is 4 Syns on EE and Green, and 11.5 Syns on Red.
