Syn value for honey

Does anyone know the syn value for honey in terms of per 28g or 100g (rather than per teaspoon or tablespoon) ?

I'm baking and will be weighing out the honey, which is more accurate than putting X number of tablespoons in.

Please please please, if anyone can help I'd really appreciate it!

Sorry, i used honey last night but did it in tablespoon form, which i believe is 3 (thats what i have popped it in as - have only just started SW, so if im wrong - sorry x)

A tablespoon of honey is 21 grams. In terms of syns, the tablespoon is 2.5 I think. If you're good at maths...try and work this out ;-)

Ok, cool thanks ! :)

Ok, another 2 ways of working it out. In case anyone else is interested:

A tbsp of honey is 15ml (2.5syns), roughly 15g, so if you have your amount of honey divide that by 15 and times by 2.5.

Use the nutritional info on the label to find the calories for 100g and then divide by 20 (since honey has no free food allowance). The honey I had worked out to be 16.5 syns per 100g

They all come out to be roughly the same :)
