Hi,
I'm following Slimming World, but really want to continue to have my protein shakes and bars for my weight training. I was wodnering if anybody could work ut the exact syns for each, please?
Bar 35g
cal 140
Prot 9.7
carb 16
of which are sugars - 10.5
fat 4.6
Protein shake per 33g
cal 127
protein 24
car 2.7
of which are sugars 1.9
fat 2
Any help will be really appreciated. I know that most say that we shoudl just count 1 syn per 20 cals, but I was wondering if anybody knows how to calculate it exactly?
