Syn value in Weight watchers mini cookies

Hi There,

Does anyone know the syn value in Weight watchers oaty chocolate chip mini cookies???

a 22g pack has:
101kcal
15.3g carbs
of which sugars 4.8g
4g fat
of which saturates 0.9g

The pack is sitting here just begging to be eaten!!!!!

I have put it in the calculator for you and it says 5.5 syns on all days, however I just guessed the protein and put 2g per 100g lol so you would need to tell me that before i could get a proper synnage for you!

Protein is 1.1g.

I have just made a cup of tea so am going to enjoy my cookies with it!!!!

you don't need to worry about all the other things when it is snacks as they dont have a free food allowance, you can just use the snackulator calculator (which is on bodyoptimise, not sure if it is on lifelineonline???), which uses the rule 20 calories = 1 syn

so leave a crumb and count them as 5 syns lol
