Syn Value-Please help!

Hi,

I have a lovely 'flump' in my desk draw at work and was wondering whether someone can look up the syn value for me? I am due to weigh in tonight, and so when I tried to log on it wouldn’t let me, as I think I need the new password for this week. (pain!)

I could wait, but now I thought about it I am really curious, as they say 'fat free' all over them!

The figures are as follows:

Each 'flump twist' is approx 7.7 grams.

Values per 100g
* Kcal - 230
* Protein - 4.1g
* Carbohydrate - 77.1g
* Fat - Trace

According to the syn calculator:




1 Syn per 7.7g portion

Please would you post syn value requests in the "syn value" sub forum.

these may be fat free but they do have sugar in them. As a guide, 20 calories is one syn so you should be able to work it out from the calorie content.
