syn value please

Hi can anyone please tell me the sun value of birds eye inspirations chicken escalopes wrapped in a rosemary and sea salt focaccia style crumb preety please don't know whether to have them or not till I know how high in syns they are. Just in case it's needed for the food calculator per 134g portion there's
336 cals
18g fat
2.1g sat fat
24g carbs
0.5 gof which sugars
1g fibre
19g protein
1.5g salt

Not in the app but the calculator is coming out at 11.5 syns per fillet. Eek!

Oh my word that is a lot somebody told me 16.5 syns and I wanted to double check with someone else yours sounds more accurate but still alot. Thankyou for your help luv

16.5 would be using the 20 calories = 1 syn rule, which only applies to products that have no free food in them. As this has chicken, you get a partial free allowance. But it's only about half chicken with a lot of (delicious sounding) breading, hence the high syns.
