Just a quickie - would someone be able to let me know the syn values of one of these bad boys?

Asda Pasta in Sauce (Chicken and Garlic)

We have a tonne of them in the cupboard at home, and they are mighty nice at 3am on a night shift!!

hi,
this is my favourite pasta in sauce, its 1syn for hlf the pack and 1.5syns for the whole pack! Its great with two light/extra light laughing cow cheese triangles in to thicken it up and give an extra taste, i also add some garlic granules and a handful of chopped spinach to it, all of which is added in the last 3 minutes of cooking!
