Syn values please

Can someone help as i'm in Cyprus I can't get hold of many of the syn free things that I see in the book and as I'm only doing SW from home i'm not sure what these are. I've taken the values that I could understand as most are in Greek.

Looking at posts other members have put up, as none of them would have a free food allowance you calculate 1 syn per 20 calories.
