Does anyone know the syn values for the strawberry muller rice pots 190g and the vanilla custard rice pots 190g thank u x

Muller rice pots come in around 11 syns each. There are quite a few threads on this if you want to confirm actual values.

It's a common mistake so don't feel bad - at least you know now rather than months down the line

By the way, you can make your own syn free rice pudding - have a look in the recipe sub-forum

the reason the muller rices are so high in syns, is because they dont actually qualify for any free food allowance.
