Hi - Im new here and am trying to get around syn values. Unfortunately I have a sweet tooth so always looking for nice desserts with not too many syns. Can somebody help me out with the syn value of this pud please...
:wave_cry:
1 sachet sugar free jelly
1 tub fat free quark
half a tub of fat free fromage frais

You put the quark and the fromage frais in a big bowl and whisk together.
make up the jelly with 70 ml boiling water and mix it well.
Whilst stirring the quark mix pour in the jelly and whisk well.
Pour into serving bowls - I did six small glasses and leave for at least 30 minutes for a soft mousse or leave longer for a firmer dessert.
Im going to top this with orange slices or other fruit.

Problem is I dont know how many syns per glass this would be. Would appreciate help on this please. Thanks ladies and gents.
