I've been to Ikea today and bought a bar of their dark chocolate (45p)

Anyone had it and worked out the syns?

The squares are quite small and I had 4 of those...so what, 3 or 4???

I think 5 Syns would be ok!
 
Found out they're freeeee on green(well most of them are)
On Green
Creamy Cheesy is 2 syns
Cheese and ham is 3.5 syns
Chicken and Mushroom is 2 syns
Chicken and Veg 2 syns
Tomato and herb free
Noodle ones are free
 
Aldi sausages

I can't find them online. are you doing a red or green day and can you please post
protein carbs and fat then I can work it out
 
Does Marmite have sins?

For some reason I've alays presumed it was syn free - but it's just occurred to me it's probably got yeast in it....

ok i very much doubt this will be on the slimming world website but can anyone work it out from the calories n stuff its by 'dixie carb counters' its called 'tuna (NOT) salad mix'

calories 80
fat 1.8g

I have joined now...and was able to work it out myself - but had already eaten them2 hours earlier!
5 sins each - a whooping 10 sins -ouch!
