Tinkerbell,

Do you mean from a sachet or home-made? If it's a sachet, let us know which one and if it's home made, just add up each of the ingredients - flour, milk, etc.

Would anyone be kind enough to look up the syns for M&S count on us king prawns & rocket with pasta? It's a 290g pot from their salads section.

I was forced to choose on the run in the train station and can't find that one anywhere else on the forums.

While you are in the M&S section, can you please look up the spinach and pine nut pasta salad (small)

I'm not sure if one of these is the right one but looking at the syn values I hope it's the first one!

Pasta Salad with cherry tomatoes, spinach and pine nuts, Eat Well, 190g pack
Red 18.0, Green 8.5

Pasta Salad with spinach and pine nuts in a pesto dressing, 300g pot
Red 33.0, Green 15.0

Sorry mate!
They do not have Bramwells as a recognised brand, but regular fat free french dressing is syn free.

They only have green curry, kung pao and mushroom noodles listed for Jade noodles. If you post the calories, protein, carbs, fat and portion size, I will check the calculator for you

Thanks Princess

noodles per 100g

144 calories
3.4 protein
27.2 carb
2.4 fat

Thanks, I am trying to find a decent dressing as I am not keen on the hellmans ff one, any suggestions?
