Good morning all,

Was just wondering if you could tell me how many syns are in the alpen light bars if you dont use themn as a healthy option.
And also the sprecial k bars please.

The Alpen bar are 3 syns each.
The Special K ones are 4.5 syns each apart from the chocolate chip variety which is 4 syns.
