syns for pot noodles, mugshot and ah couscous

can anyone please tell me the syn value on green day for :
pot noodles
mugshot (not sure what these are, but keep seing posts about them!) are they free?
aynsley harriot packet couscous
would really appreciate syn values, as want to take something a little different to my bog standard sarnie into work, many thanks xx

what are mugshots

keep seing posts about mugshots and now have looked at the link to syn values and found mostly free on a green day im intrigued

are they packets of dried pasta, noodles and couscous you add hot water to from a kettle - like a snack?

where can i buy them, are they available in tescos does anyone know?

Yep they are basically soup in a mug but they also have pasta/noodles or cous cous in them to bulk them out. You find them beside the cup-as-soups in most supermarkets and they come in individual sachets.
