How mansy syns in Fusion and Street Soups?

Hi there, hoping someone can help me, can anyone tell me syn values of these two soups:

Fusion and street - Chicken soup with Thai spices, Jasmine Rice and fresh lime
Fusion and street - Chicken Soup with Garam Masala Spices and Basmati Rice

They are not on the website or the app, by imputting nutritional info i am getting 19.5 and 18 syns, that is fine, bit higher than i would have imagined as they are not really high on weight watchers but just wondering if i could take any syns away for the rice/chicken etc do you think or just go with what the nutritional value is giving me.

There is no free food allowance on shop bought soups so they are synned in full sorry
