    Hi, does anyone know the syn value for Tesco's (own brand) Italian Chicken & Bacon Tortellini please? Planning on having these for my dinner tonight with some passata and a sprinkle of mozzarella (yum).

    Packet says:

    150g = 425 cals / 14.2g fat / 4.3g sat fat

    I am following the Extra Easy plan...

    If you need to know anything else please let me know!?

    Thanks :eek:) xx

    12 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
    12 Syns per package/portion on Green

    17 Syns per package/portion on Original

    This is from the Slimming World syns calc as i couldnt find it on their list as it was ee i added the pasta and chicken as free foods and the numbers you gave me and this is what it came out with.

    Hope this helps! :)

    Aaggh!! That's loads! Much more than I thought it was going to be - thought about 4-5 for a portion for some reason (think I saw a post about something similar...)

    Hmm I've already had 5 syns today so may have to rethink my dinner...

    Although I am going to the gym for an hour tonight so might get away with?

    Thanks so much for doing that for me :eek:)

    Asda's good for you grilled vegetable tortellini is 7/12 sins per 300g pack on EE taking the fresh pasta and aubergine into account on the syns calculator. This is nice done in a ratatouille for 2 or just on its own with a salad for 2 then its not too many sins
