Syns Help!

Am going out for tea unexpectedly. Have not had syns today yet.

Will prob go to Nandos (where will have Mediterranean Salad) or Frankie and Benny's (arrabiatta)

Please please can someone syn yhese?

I went to Frankie & Bennys last night & had the penne arabiatta, wasn't great to be honest. It should have been pasta, chilli, garlic, olives in a rich tom sauce. I asked for no olives, couldn't taste garlic & there was no sauce (!!??) It was spicy but ok, there was a LOT of oil so I will only syn the oil as everything else is ok as far as I can tell.
