syns help

Hi guys is anyone able to tell me the syns for thw following plz.

Asda mini bramley apple tart
Morrison deli potato salad 2tbsps

The apple tarts can be worked out using the 20 cals = 1 syn rule because there's no free food in them at all.

The potato salad / 100g is either 8 syns on EE/Green & 10.5 on Red if it's luxury (probably what you're looking at for the Deli version) or 6 syns EE/Green & 8.5 on Red for standard variety.

Always much better syn wise to make your own potato salad & coleslaw - you can make them both syn free on EE/Green ..... check out the Recipe Thread.
