Syns in Birds Eye Rice Packs??

Hello, Im a bit new to this so please bare with me Does anyone know the syn value in the birds eye rice packs if I was having it on a red day ? Obviously as it has rice in its not free... I love them and they are so quick and easy after a long day at work!

Rice on red is never good! Extra easy would be fine though!
