I'm not sure what bread you're talking about but I'll give it my best shot! You can have 2 slices of 400g wholemeal for a healthy extra or for 6 syns and ordinary white bread is 6 syns a slice. I'm not too sure about types of bread like granary but you can't have them as a healthy extra so would have to look for the syns. Good luck!
