Syns in Feel Good Drinks

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can tell me the syn value of Feel Good Drinks different flavours. I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm sure it can't be as straight forward as 1 syn per 20 cals as the drink is made of fruit juice and sparkling water. There must be some free element in there somewhere?

There is no free food allowance for fruit juices. Only whole raw fruit is free.

I posted a list but it has been removed - oops!

They were all fairly high in syns, if you let me know your favourite flavours I can look at the syns for you x

If you have the calorie value you can work it out - it will be 1 syn per 20 calories
